From Piazzale Roma or the Train Station (Santa Lucia) to Accademia

There are two vaporetto (public boat) lines that run from Piazzale Roma (stopping at train station on the way) to the Accademia stop: n. 1 and n. 82. Please note that although the 82 is faster, only alternate boats run through to Accademia while the others do not go beyond Rialto, so be sure to check! From San Marco to Accademia

If you take the alilaguna red, blue or gold lines to S. Marco you can get either the n. 1 or n. 82 line going the other way and Accademia is just 3 stops down the line. During the summer there is also n. 4 that is a rapid supplementary service that stops at Accademia with no other sops in between. Single tickets cost € 6. From Accademia to Ca' Minich

Once you have gotten off the vaporetto at Accademia, you need to cross Canale Grande by walking over the Accademia bridge. You will find yourself in campo di San Vidal. Continue to walk and follow the main thoroughfare as is turns to the right and takes you in front of the deconsecrated church of San Vidal, which will be on your left. On your right is Palazzo Franchetti Cavalli where ECLT often hold conferences. With your back to Palazzo Franchetti and facing Campo San Stefano, which at this point opens out in front of you, to get to Ca' Minich you must walk to the left, cross Campiello Loredan and then the small bridge (Ponte Vitturi). Turn right into Calle Larga del Clero and walk right down to the end where you will find the ECLT main entrance, which is number 2940
