CURRICULUM VITAE
Position
Ph.D Student in Statistical Science - University of Padua
Research Area
Evolutionary Statistics and Data Mining
Focus Area
Statistical design of experiments in high-dimensional spaces mainly applied to discovery of new materials, compositions or functionalities in chemical or biological field. Statistical models, statistical designs of experiment, combinatorial methods and evolutionary algorithms are used in a combined way. This allows efficient and effective exploration and exploitation of the experimental space, as well as a deeper understanding of the process generating data. Multi-objective optimization, evolutionary and combinatorial approach, model selection.
