Abstract
The aim of this presentation is to introduce an evolutionary approach for high dimensional Experimental Design. Traditional statistical design of experiments approaches may be impracticable when the number of independent variables increases considerably.
I will present some possible evolutionary approaches on a real experimental setting that concerns Never Born Proteins or Synthetic Proteins. It represents an open project and I will introduce the basic ideas and guidelines for future steps.
