PURPOSE

Coordination issues to be discussed include: synthesis of 8-oxo-guanine PNA sequence(s); PNA/DNA/RNA lipid attachment; PNA/DNA/RNA replication; combinatorial search for optimal reaction conditions (metabolic, replication, container properties); reaction kinetics and 3D models for component couplings, microfluidics complementation possibilities; transfer of metabolism to microreactors; (theoretical) issues for coupling of information, kinetics, and thermodynamics; experimentally what is needed to complete the protocell integration? … and what comes after PACE and PAs?
